Official Rules & Disclaimer

No purchase is necessary to participate; however, only completed qualifying purchases resulting from a verified referral will generate a raffle entry. A qualifying referral is defined as a new customer who completes the purchase of a Swim Spa, Hot Tub, Sauna, Cold Plunge, or Liner Replacement and identifies the referring participant prior to the completion of the sale. A referral will only be considered valid if the referred customer identifies the referrer prior to completing their purchase.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of the United States. Employees of Lafayette Pool & Spa and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

The Referral Raffle runs from March 15 through May 15, ending at 11:59 PM on May 15.

Each verified paid referral will earn the participant one (1) entry into the raffle drawing. Multiple entries may be earned through multiple qualifying referrals.

At the conclusion of the contest period, one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible raffle entries.

Referral purchases must be fully completed and paid in full within the contest period to qualify. Orders that are canceled, refunded, returned, or otherwise not finalized will not generate a raffle entry.

Participants may not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices to generate referrals. Lafayette Pool & Spa reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of abuse, manipulation, or violation of these rules.

Prize selection will be limited to one of the following items or an item of equal or greater value determined by Lafayette Pool & Spa if the advertised item becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Lafayette Pool & Spa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, fraud, technical issues, or any situation that may compromise the integrity of the contest.

By participating in this promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Lafayette Pool & Spa, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in the contest or acceptance and use of any prize. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Microsoft, Xbox, or any television manufacturer.

All decisions made by Lafayette Pool & Spa regarding this promotion are final.
